PRAYER
Our Gracious Father,
we implore Thy blessing upon this Auxiliary: Help us
in our association together, to be kindly
affectionate to one another. Guard and protect from
danger, our loved ones engaged in the service of the
department, and give us all Grace to live that
others seeing our good works, may glorify our
Father, who is in Heaven in Jesus name. Amen.

The NSVFA
wishes to thank the State Auxiliary for their efforts in
helping to make the 2012 Senators’ Appreciation
Breakfast a success. Everything the auxiliaries did
whether it was a cash donation, donation of baked goods
or attending the breakfast to serve and visit with the
Senators in support of NSVFA Legislative efforts was
most appreciated. State Auxiliary members who were at
the breakfast are pictured in the photo. Thank you again
for your wonderful support. The NSVFA E Board and

NSVFAA SCHOLARSHIP
The Nebraska State Volunteer
Firefighters’ Association Auxiliary which consists of
the volunteer fire department auxiliaries from across
the state of Nebraska have set up a scholarship
program. One scholarship of $250 will be awarded to a
graduating Nebraska high school senior after
verification of the winner’s college enrollment.
Applicants will have to be a resident of Nebraska and be
a full time college student, but do not have to attend a
Nebraska college. Their parents/guardians do not have
to be firefighters to apply for this scholarship.
Checks will be made out to the school and student upon
fall enrollment.

The scholarship form and
associated criteria is available by clicking on the

Scholarships may also be obtained
by any interested student through their school counselor
or at the address below. All applications must be
mailed to the following address postmarked no later than
March 1st of each year and include all criteria listed
in the application.

NSVFAA 100% AWARD LETTERS
Auxiliaries who are 100% members
of the State Auxiliary Association are invited to submit
letters detailing their past year’s activities for
awards presented at the Annual Conference each year.
